Kubera fasted one day in a week and then one day on the side. Spent some time eating fruits. Kuber had done penance for a hundred years, free from all kinds of work and attachment. Then Lord Shankar was very pleased with his penance and asked Kuber to ask for a boon.

Kuber asked for a boon that "I should always remain the king of the Yakshas. May I always be healthy and live long." Lord Shankar said 'Amen' and disappeared. Kuber returned after saluting that pilgrimage.

This confluence is the gate to all the heavens. One who bathes in the Kaveri Sangam and gives water mixed with sesame seeds to the ancestors, his birth and life become elevated. Devotional bath, charity and worship done by a man in Kaveri Sangam is going to give more results than Ashwamedha Yagya.

The person who enters the fire in this Kaveri confluence pilgrimage, that person resides in the fire place till the holocaust. The person who fasts in this pilgrimage, that person gets the fruit of virtue, he is as bright as the sun. This place is famous in all the three worlds because of the confluence of Narmada and Kaveri. The Narmada Kaveri temple is also located here. This ancient and famous temple of Rin Mukteshwar was originally built in the 13th century. This temple was renovated in the 18th century. The temple has ancient idols of rin Mukteshwar. History of Omkareshwar.

In which Bus Stand, Old Age Home, Pat, Marg, Parikrama Path Udyan are the main ones. The suspension bridge connecting Shivpuri also starts from this Puri. Vishnu Temple

In the ancient Mahanirvani Arena complex, there is a sky-high temple of Lord Vishnu, the preserver of the world. In the temple, there is an attractive statue of Lord Vishnu made of black stone and a statue of Mahalakshmi made of marble. Ganesh idol is also located nearby. On the way to Omkareshwar temple, the Panchmukhi Ganesh temple comes first. It is said that when King Mandhata's father Yuvnath had invoked Ganesha at the time of Yagya, at this very place Riddhi-Siddhi Lord Ganapati appeared in five-faced form to King Mandhata. These.

This temple is counted among the oldest temples of Omkareshwar. The temple is built on an 8 feet high platform. Elephants pass around the platform in various postures. Statues of gods and goddesses have been engraved on the pillars and roof of the temple. Due to having 12 doors in the original form of the temple, this temple was also named Siddhnath Barahdwari. Peacocks can be seen dancing around the temple in favorable weather.

In the year 1905 AD, the copper plates and other objects obtained during the excavation here are in the Central Museum. 

According to legends, the lamps of Mandavgarh are visible from this temple, which is due to the height of this temple.
